- Execution and development of MBS simulations for dynamic systems (valve trains, gear trains, crankshafts)
- Modeling under relevant boundary conditions and optimization of drive system assemblies
- Analysis, evaluation, and presentation of results, including decision support
- Commissioning and supervision of component testing
- Continuous improvement of MBS methods and tools
- Close collaboration within simultaneous engineering (PM, design, testing, durability, CFD/FEM)
- Technical consulting during design and development loops
The position is full-time and primarily remote, with occasional on-site meetings.
Anforderungen:
must-have:
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
-Very good expertise in multi-body simulation (MBS)
-Deep knowledge of MBS tools (AVL Excite or similar)
-Very good knowledge of drive technology (valve trains, gear trains, and crankshafts)
-Excellent English and German language skills
