Key responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for the Algo Collateral architecture, DevOps & AI CoE trajectory
- Drive end-to-end feature delivery & Support
- Act as key interface to business stakeholders, squads and tribes, ensuring alignment and delivery focus
- Mentor team members
- Drive code quality, DevOps maturity and observability
Anforderungen:
must-have:
-Extensive experience in Risk, Derivatives and Collateral Management
-Strong experience in .NET development
-Strong expertise in domain architecture (microservices, design patterns, DDD)
-Very good DevOps experience (ADO, GHEC, CI/CD)
-Very good experience with AI (GenAI, Code AI tools, MCP concepts)
-Full-stack development background with Angular, .NET and PowerShell
-Very good English communication skills in spoken and written form
nice-to-have:
-Good experience with MSSQL and data warehousing (DW)
-Practical experience with TDD, BDD and SonarQube
