One of our globally active clients is planning a transformation of its sales and marketing processes in the DACH region and is seeking an experienced "BPM consultant (m/f/d)" to compare the existing processes of the locally deployed sales and marketing platform with the future processes of the globally deployed platform.

Your responsibilities will include:
- As-is analysis of existing sales and marketing processes
- Defining a target concept based on global processes
- Conducting a fit-gap analysis to identify discrepancies
- Conducting workshops with business units and IT stakeholders
- Documenting the results

This is a full-time position, with approximately 50% of the work taking place on-site in Hamburg. Individual workshops in Hørsholm are possible.
