- Development, maintenance and modernization of a business-critical clinical software platform (Delphi-based desktop solutions)
- Performance optimization, troubleshooting and root cause analysis in complex, mature application environments
- Design and implementation of integrations (databases, third-party systems, healthcare interfaces)
- Utilization of AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate code analysis, refactoring and modernization
Anforderungen:
must-have:
-Strong experience with Delphi
-Good Experience in maintenance and enhancement of complex desktop applications
-Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
-Solid experience with debugging, root cause analysis and performance optimization
-Experience with AI tools in the development process (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
nice-to-have:
-Experience in healthcare/clinical environments
-Knowledge of healthcare interfaces, integration technologies and software modernization/migration
-Familiarity with OO design, architecture patterns and automated testing processes
