- Development, maintenance and modernization of a business-critical clinical software platform (Delphi-based desktop solutions) - Performance optimization, troubleshooting and root cause analysis in complex, mature application environments - Design and implementation of integrations (databases, third-party systems, healthcare interfaces) - Utilization of AI tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate code analysis, refactoring and modernization
